Claiming + Payment

Please claim responsibly! Claiming during a live sale is a commitment to purchasing the piece. If you want to claim, be the first person to type the price into chat. 

We strongly discourage putting back pieces after claiming, as it makes it harder for other customers to claim. If you must put back pieces, please do so before the live sale is over. Once the live ends, your claims are a commitment that you are going to buy those pieces. As a courtesy, we allow partial or full cancellations from a live sale once. After that, you’ll be charged a fee equal to 20% of your cancelled invoice. For partial cancellations, you’ll only be charged 20% from the total cancelled. You must pay this cancellation fee to participate in future live sales. Cancellations are separate from our return policy outlined below.

We have a zero tolerance policy on cancellations from auctions. If you cancel an auction piece after claiming, you will be banned from future live sales.

Invoices are sent a couple hours after the live sale is over. You have 24 hours to pay your invoice. After 7 days of non-payment, your invoice will be considered cancelled and the 20% cancellation fee will apply if you want to participate in future live sales.

Screenshots

Screenshots will be given during the live sale. Once the live sale ends, we are unable to go back and give you your screenshot again, so please make sure you screenshot or screen record your pieces before the live sale is over. We have multiple lives per day, so make sure you’re getting screenshots from the live you are claiming in before it ends. We will not be able to go back and show claims from a previous live. Customer service does not fulfill screenshot requests.

Returns

We understand that being a new customer can be overwhelming. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your opal purchase, you have the flexibility to return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order.

For returning customers, we value your loyalty but to safeguard our small business from potential misuse of our return policy, we allow refunds or exchanges for up to 5 pieces per month.

To make the return process hassle-free, we provide free return labels. Please ensure that opals and jewelry are returned undamaged and in their original branded packaging pouches.

Please note that unless there are damages to the piece, Sale, Clearance, and Live Sale items are non-refundable. However, they can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days.
