How to Claim!
Please claim responsibly! Claiming during a live sale is a commitment to purchasing the piece.
We host live sales on multiple platforms. We have announcements daily so make sure to follow, subscribe, and turn on notifications to catch us live! For the insider scoops, announcements, and community, join our Discord.
- Instagram: If you want to claim, be the first person to type the price into the chat. Send your email address through DM for our team to invoice.
- TikTok & WhatNot: Please be sure that your payment method is connected to your account. Once connected and ready to purchase, click or slide the 'BID' button on the bottom of your screen before the countdown ends.
We strongly discourage putting back pieces after claiming, as it makes it harder for other customers to claim. If you must put back pieces, please do so before the live sale is over. Once the live ends, your claims are a commitment that you are going to buy those pieces. Cancellations after the live could result in a temporary or permanent ban from live sales. Please note that cancellations are separate from our return policy outlined below.
We heavily discourage cancellations on auction pieces. If you cancel an auction piece after claiming, you can be banned from future live sales.
Invoices are sent a couple hours after the live sale is over. You have 24 hours to pay your invoice. After 7 days of non-payment, your invoice will be considered cancelled with the potential of being banned from participating in future live sales. If you have any unpaid invoices or pending payment extension requests, we kindly ask that you please refrain from claiming until your invoices have been settled.
Guidelines
Our live sale hosts and staff are our family, new or seasoned, and work very hard to provide an enjoyable community. Every bin showcased is personally hand-picked and curated by your host with care. Get to know your host! We are all human beings with different personalities that we bring to the lives, and while we encourage having fun -- please be mindful that our host's are working and be considerate towards your host's time.
Please remember to be kind, respectful and patient. Bullying, harassment, spam, and harmful behaviors to hosts, staff, or to each other in the lives or in our server will not be tolerated and are subject to a permanent ban.
Self Promotions:
While we are advocates of small businesses (being one ourselves), we ask that participants please refrain from self promotions in our live sales.
Screenshots
Screenshots will be given at the end of the live sale. Once the live sale ends, we are unable to go back and give you your screenshot again, so please make sure you screenshot or record your pieces before the live sale is over. We will not be able to show claims from a previous live. Customer service does not fulfill screenshot requests.
Additionally, TikTok and WhatNot provides video receipts of your purchases.
