To make the return process hassle-free, we provide FREE return labels. Please ensure that opals and jewelry are returned undamaged and in their original branded packaging pouches.
Please note that Sale, Clearance, and Live Sale items are non-refundable. However, they can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days.
