We understand that being a new customer can be overwhelming. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your opal purchase, you have the flexibility to return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order.
For returning customers, we value your loyalty but to safeguard our small business from potential misuse of our return policy, we allow refunds or exchanges for up to 5 pieces per month for Website and Instagram live sales purchases.
To make the return process hassle-free, we provide free return labels. Please return opals and jewelry undamaged and in their original branded packaging pouches as you are subject to liability.
Please note that unless there are damages to the piece - Sale, Clearance, and Live Sale items are non-refundable. However, they can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days.
